If so, I was not trying to pull anything. I don't even think what I said was that big a deal. Again, if I misunderstood on the lawyer thing, my apologies.

As far as the timeframe, I stand by what I said because that's what he told me. I appreciate his candidness in telling me that.

And Cuban, I think I will be keeping my conversations private from now on. Brad seems like a good guy and I will give him that basic courtesy. My fault, I forgot what I was dealing with here on these boards.
