Here's what I got from our discussion...

First of all, I will speak in generalities because I don't want anyone to twist what I say. If you want details, you should talk with him yourself, which many of you have apparently done.

This whole pink compliance issue is not imminent. More like weeks, as opposed to "any day". Switching lawyers has something to do with it.

He also said he will be updating shareholders on some events that won't have to wait for PS compliance. He didn't say exactly what, but he did say our conversation provided him with some food for thought. Not sure what I said that prompted him to say that, but I did make some comments about MM's which he seemed to agree with. In any event, he did make it sound to me like will be getting some kind of PR(s) before compliance. That is my opinion, so we'll see.

We briefly discussed share structure, he did reiterate what has already been said. If he's on the up and up, no worries there at least in the short term.

That's basically it. There were a few details I left out intentionally because they could be viewed as subjective. He seems like a decent guy, so we'll see if he delivers.
