Sorry if I was not clear. I didn't mean that they split so they could sell one of the companies...I meant, that they still want TWO companies, (Kat Gold and Copper), but right now, only the Copper has money. To get money to run the other business (KATG), they'll need to have income via a sale or JV or grants, etc. If BVIG/KATG sold HC, that does not mean they sold the company, they just sold a "product"...and then the company (KATG) will buy more properties or already producing gold mines, etc. with the profits from the sale. Then explore those and sell them at a profit too (or JV again). This is what we do. Same goes for KATX/KATC.

My point was just that essentially BVIG/KATG has no cash of it's own (per the last 10-Q, not me), and KATX paid for the exploration of HC (also per the 10-Q). BVIG/KATG did get the JEAP grant which paid back most (if not all) of the drill expenses that KATX paid for on behalf of BVIG/KATG. BUT...now BVIG/KATG will need to raise money. The best way to do that without selling a bunch of shares would be to prove up HC and sell it for big $$$ or JV with a major down payment in the deal (would have to have a big cash payment because BVIG needs CASH). Then use that money to acquire Twilite from KATX, explore it, and then sell or JV that, oh and maybe get that already producing mine. But it ALL takes money for BVIG/KATG to do ANY of it...thus why I think they started with HC FIRST...and from the sound of Ken's last email, we may already have a buyer or JV partner ( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55033598 )

In the end though, the goal is to end up with TWO companies, that much has been made clear.

I wish us all many blessing,
