My neighbor managed the fleet for our city waterworks and he said the they were always testing different devices to increase mileage and such. They would intstall devices on a few vehicles and monitor them for a period of time to verify the results. This is an easy and cheap way for HLNT to get the devices out to many different fleet mangagers without having to ramp up production. I am sure they are all over this as the company seems to have done everything else correctly but I am letting everyone here know that it happens and is possible.
