What Makes A Runner?

Hey AD! This is a good entry for that question I have: What makes a runner?

I entered RPPR at .0026 and PYBS at .0008. Great runners - MONSTERS! I got out too early. Made money but it was a joke compared to if I had held for a few days. Then comes CGAQ which I think has all the right elements to be a monster and someone took a leak on it today. KILLED the run.

CGAQ ran to .63 when the first casino opened. The news is great and here it is at .02.

What are all the elements? Low share structure? Not always. News? Not always? Build up of chatter on the boards? It helps.

Thoughts? Strategies?
