Typical R/S move in the pinks. they do an R/S on .0001, adjusts the PPS to .01, (1:1000) then dump back down to .0001

All adjusted (post R/S) share quantities are then worth fractions of their PRE R/S values. self centered Insiders win while their loyal Shareholders lose.

This is why I've given up on pinks. After this year, I'll not be throwing any more money (away) at any stock trading on the pink sheets.

although they can reap high gains, it's always a much greater chance of losing most of everything. (such as what occurred in this stock)

The economy is recovering, but hasn't done so enough to afford such risks.

Sorry Banneker watches, but, through all your fancy talks and web page excellence, you're showing yourself to be a well crafted sugar coated worm in a well sharpened hook.

I think you knew all along that you (your company) were in trouble, which may be the real reason behind why you "GAVE YOUR WATCHES AWAY" under the cloak of a charitable donation. (which was likely just liquidating worthless inventory for tax write offs purposes).

I helped run a company, I know the loop holes and back-door tax tricks.

Was snoop seeking to pull out his position? and so you two invented a scheme to boost sales of company shares to cover his position he sought to closed?

If the news reports cats stock in trees, surly they'd report a WATCH COMPANY donating their watches to a PUBLIC SCHOOL.
But the only places I've ever seen it was in "free" internet communication mediums that can be uploaded while taking a dump. (wink!)

But those mediums requires words of mouths, while the news medium opens umbrellas in everyone's face at once.

All of these clues were there the whole time but like many others, I ran (mouth opened) after the batch of carrot sitting in front of me at the end of a stick tied under my chin.

I may change my mind about you Banneker Inc, but you'll need to just as well convince me to do that as well.

But what is there to expect from a company that chooses to stay on the pick sheets where they can get away with this without recourse under the safety net of the SHA.

With all the time, trust and money I have put into your company, (not that you give a damn), but was all my fault for giving into and believing in a pink sheet and appeared to have more promise. Only to end up reaffirming my distrust in pink sheets and has solidified by decision to stay away from them.
