I will go out on a limb and predict an over 30 cent close today. As the news gets digested it looks like the news is really good news as it appears more and more of a sure thing that Sinopec will go forward with Phase 2, it is just a matter of when. An additional six months is nothing when one looks at the BIG JDZ picture. It takes time to put all the pieces and players together. Patience, patience, patience.

Will news be released by August 31 as Prazeres indicates that "the operating oil companies must submit by the end of this month the 'most recent report' on the commercial value of existing hydrocarbons". Will Sinopec announce a phase 2 commitment?
