no we don't have any proof that TC bought 1 share. But from watching level II for many months I did see an interest that was accumulating a lot of shares. That coupled with TCs posts during that time frame sure does point to him buying.

Was AB part of the promoter group? Maybe. Eventhough AB tried to distance his relationship with TC it does seem like there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes. Its a bit sketchy that AB "gave" info for TC to spread without putting it in a PR or even giving TC an investor relations job.

I got a LOT of emails from posters on RB that felt like they were taken by TC and his group. Most of them want to get to the bottom of this. If I got them, maybe a few more people from RB OMOG thread and a group of my trader friends to file a complaint with SEC we could get an investigation started if they got flooded with a good number of complaints in a short period of time.

While we can't see who sold or bought SEC can. SEC can also track people on internet by IP address. It wouldn't take long for them to figure out who TC, Baron and Mouse is and when they sold or bought. If they did think of those stories and purposely mislead people for their own gain I am not sure how lightly SEC would look at that. With volume close to 1B shares .02+ it looks like a good few million $ got cleaned out here.

So what do you say? Should we do this? Maybe if TC and his gang gets cleared your short story will make a little more sense.
