Dabreeze: Thanks for the link. Its weird. I checked all the CLDR filings on pink sheets and CLDR latest disclosure just posted. Nothing is mentioned about any connections to Propalms, or any board director.

I e mailed Propalms. Got a immediate reply. Owen dukes and Robert Zysblat have never been a board diretcor of CLDR.
