krom, i suspect Block 2 wasn't mentioned or extended because it is NOT going into phase II and that blk 2 along with most of the other jdz is truly a dryhole as was first written on this board many months ago. (Note to buyers: that would have been an awful good time to sell)

Ergo, no need to study it further so no mention in this PR.
Also if there had been oil and it was ging to PII, erhe and the jdz would have screamed it from the rooftops

(Oh, wait, the secretive chinese might have prevented that. haha)

Don't know wht kept this stock price above a quarter, but you should enjoy that lofty level. $.19? easy!
