The obvious conclusion would be that some sort of deal was struck between the parties involved with the approval of the court....being that amendments were made to the companies plan to get it more in line with the EC's plan, there is a possibility that the EC may have just upped the ante a bit more and got an agreement and then with drew thier plans in order to expediate the process....I can see no other way that they would just walk away and throw the shareholders out in the cold on this one....we have had an EC almost from the start and thats a big plus in any CH11....my gut still tells me that we will do ok in this one when the final bell tolls, maybe just warrants or warrants plus,but we will get some....the bonds are not moving, so thats a good sign....as I see it...
