Not enough money in Corn. You get blight in one load, even a small amount, and you have to travel all over the country trying to find an elavator to take it from you.

I just have a few horses and thats it from the animal aspect. I fell in love with Percherans so I bought one. One thing led to another and now I have 8 of them. I like warm bloods they are gentle and alot of fun. Those hot bloods are just to much work.

I have enough land that I have my own wells etc and I have enough equipment and labor that I do not have to custom farm any of it. More money in it that way.
