at least we know that its not unusual for a f/s which requires physical delivery to take so long. btw, IMHO, these pinkyland stocks are "shorted" all the time.they are good targets for shorting because many of them do huge reverse splits which makes it easy to cover the short with fewer shares. plus many of these pinkys just go out of business and then the shorts don't ever have to be covered. if that is the case with inix, then "physical delivery" could be very painful for shorters.
