ASSumptions being made about filings - look the filings are what they are. You cannot rewrite them to what you wish them to be!

Until you see a formal revised filing the only thing one can do is go with what is stated in the filings as being correct.

IMO the chances of a revised filing which does not benefit insiders is HIGHLY UNLIKELY
