Well I am not 100% sure if Edwin is a drinker or not but I will say that whenever he would like to meet, he always tends to choose a bar environment and chooses to chat over drinks. Does that construe to being a problematic problem. Well I guess that depends on ones opinion.

My name is XXXXXX and I am a shareholder of your company. I have called the girl at the Arizona office and spoke to her today for 12 minutes and she told me a few things about Edwins personal life.
I don't really like to talk about ones personal behaviour, but since it is alchohal abuse related, I believe that may be an issue for my investment if the CEO is a drunk. Please confirm if what she told me was true.
