Bio-Clean's (BOCL) acquisitions business unit, E-Clean Acquisitions, purchases ACLH's sole intellectual property/business unit, or APS and it's fluidizer patent. As part of this acquisition, BOCL will retain all of ACLH's management, i.e., Kidder & co.
Problem solved. ACLH folds and becomes a distant memory for the Kidder Group. On to the next batch of suckers to milk.
What makes you believe that ACLH as a business entity holds any real long-term value for these guys? They've all sold their shares during that mid-May run. I feel for you, man. Four months have past since I lost my $50k, you need to start your own healing process.
Kidder is the mastermind behind this shell game, as long as Kidder and his boys are free to play out their game, companies like ACLH are readily expendable. It's like the matrix movie, I can see how they're putting the next "venture" into place. Notice the increased volume on BOCL lately. Kidder's associates are moving in at the ground floor. Awaiting news of a new intellectual property acquisition...APS and the oil fluidizer patent. Suddenly, any connection to ACLH disappears...
