Can't blame you buddy. This company seems to be like a jigsaw puzzle with partial information out.

I mean TJ, Banker and Carny have found more info about the property than what the company itself has made public.

I don't know why they chose to be that way even though Edwins shareholder letter states that he wants to be 110% transparent.

Well so much for 110%, he's more like 60% in my books.
