P.S....anyone selling today is pretty much a muppet:

1) R/M confirmed back in July

2) re-confirmed end August with fewer details

3) re/re-confirmed September but no details given

4) 29M float...we own well over half and likely closer to 20M, just on IHUB here...

5) TBJK turned "active" this summer after being in "default" 2 years...don't activate for nothing

6) TBJK has NO REASON to dilute right now as no operations and no money, and in fact CANNOT DILUTE the commons for one year...they would have no reason to issue preferred shares UNLESS MERGER IMMINENT and IN THE WORKS...
