how do you know it has 12 bill shares - it used to be 2bill, then went to 5 bill. 12 bill is news to me!
apparently for companies registred in delaware, the company board dont have to seek approval from shareholders to add more shares whenever they want (useful if want to send out a duff PR, and then unload some spontaneously created shares = money for nothing, and the checks (or is that chicks) for free - dire straits)
