But from EAFN's perspective, they've been wanting to go public. Could it be they just bought a shell in EFLN and they will either spin off the technology or run EFLN's business as a holding company?
If the later, EAFN gains a public company, reverse merges and changes the CUSPID# and name.
Secondly, what I find interesting is that EAFN has at least one asset worth $25 million! Under the present share structure of EFLN, that would make the book value worth $1/share. With the other assets that EAFN has, the book value is more.
I am not saying that's what the pps will be, I'm only drawing connections between the dots.
Either way, I think the probability of this going up in share price is very bullish right now.
