Yes i spoke to him a week b4 he was let go. That part is true. What he told me may in his mind have been true, but he wasnt around to execute that was he? and obviously the Co. has decided not to release yet. whether that be bc the audit is not done, or pending merger finalization, or.... your guess is as good as mine.
