All I am saying is that a CEO or IR person can tell you anything you want to hear on the phone. Is it really DD? Maybe, maybe not.

All that really matters is whether or not paperwork is filed and PR'd. What I really meant to say is that I am sure you had a nice phone call with the CEO, however, take what he says with a grain of salt and have them back their words in writing......period.
