Sep. 30, 2010 (Business Wire) -- EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL), (the Company), (Pink Sheets:EPGL), (www.eparent.com), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, is pleased to announce that there has been progress on multiple initiatives.

Firstly, the company anticipates making announcements regarding new contracts worth more than $1.1 million dollars. In addition, the Company expects to have some news shortly regarding significant interest and discussions about international licensing of editorial content as a result of EP magazine’s move to a completely digital platform in June 2010. More details will be forthcoming.

Secondly, the announced restructure plan, which converts more than half of outstanding debt to shareholder equity, will be delivered to shareholders within 60 days for a vote.

Thirdly, the EP Health Sciences Division has multiple projects underway including the development, promotion, and marketing of new FDA approved medical devices, which could help alleviate pain and manage Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). “We anticipate we will, in some cases, have exclusive marketing rights for certain products in the future,” explained President and CEO, Joe Valenzano. “Our mission at EP has always been to help those impacted by disability and pain in all the ways we possibly can. At EP, we have access to many resources gained over 40 years in the healthcare field with physicians, scientists, professional medical societies, and large health institutions.”

The Company wants to reinforce that there are many new initiatives on the way and announcements will come when it is appropriate to make such things public. “Continue to monitor the news about EPGL in the coming weeks and months ahead closely. We encourage all shareholders to attend the WCD conference this November, in person or attend specific lectures live via international webcast,” stated Valenzano. “We urge all those interested in EPGL to visit the Company’s website at http://www.eparent.com.”
