Go for it this complaint stinks, if they truly had a case their obligations are to protect the shareholders from further damage IT"S STILL TRADING give me a break this is another show of government incompetence. They put this crap out 5 months after the fact, what about the investors that came on board during that time is the government going to give them back their losses, no they should have shut this down a long time ago if they had a case or put everything on hold.
