icoa has huge upside just knowing that 4g wireless is here and sprint already charges $10 a month for 4g so my speculation is there is deals in the works to use icoa and similar companies network and towers to fill in the 4g network gaps and with the fcc lifting the ban on the white spectrum, this opens up a huge market to such companies. look up the type of services icoa does and look up wimax .....
