As far as shareholders being reduced by one, I know one shareholder that closed out their position in the past 30 days. This shareholder did not own a large enough position to affect the price.

The reduction of OS is interesting. If HH is buying back shares, that would be a good sign. But then at recent prices, one could buy a lot of shares for cheap. It appears there was someone motivated to purchase, and now that they have filled the order we see the bid drop. It is nice to see no one is dropping the ask price, which may mean the weak hands have been taken out.
