Last time teh E came off teh stock in Feb 04 and Aig 04 the stock was a 4 bagger.

10Q to come in a day or so - before the 24th. Until teh company files an S8 or registers to increase the OS, the price is unlikely to go down. The price is very low as it is. The critical thing was getting tje 10K filed and removing the E.
