Hahaha well if your worried about Rain I am here because I live On the Bay and my Back Yard I can dip my feet in the Salt Water ICOA will be in my Backyard and On My Boat. Dodge already has them in the Mini Van and also McDonalds has them in there store.


Now that the FCC opened up the airwaves to transmit the frequency they will have to use already plotted land marks liek telecomunication systems I think thats a word. But ICOA already has these now that there ganna open the are waves ICOA has plotted land marks to braud cast the Frequency though ot the company. Therefore the Inner Face of communication threw cellular phones could easily been bought casted through ICOA.
