hmmm What if the cost were the same? buying vs contracting. thus they have an asset, bigger margins, plus additional customers. private labeling etc. I'm sure they looked at both and this is the best way. I find it odd that for months and for some years they complained about "where's the water" now it's at the door step. every argument over the last few months has been made moot
