They have been known to put things out after hours. All the response said was "sometime today, investors updated". I just email webmaster@eparent.com and usually Joe Valenzano responds or one of their editors. If you are polite, they usually respond pretty fast about IR questions.

I would just ask if they plan to update investors today or not.
