I'll try to find links and update you as I do. From my understanding the information flow is such:

Amendment is made to the Corporate By Laws has to be filed with the state of Incorporation (in this case Nevada) for A/S to be increased, signed by the President and accepted by the State.

Here is the form filled out to raise A/S with the State of Nevada. Looks like unless this is filed there are NO A/S increases. Oddly enough it seems that 7/2008 date is the most current for this form.

With regards to Pinksheets, they ONLY update their information when a financial or other source of information (Nevada SOS info for example) is filed, or when a company calls in to get information adjusted. *Sometimes* what they post is not exactly accurate on what they list. In order to correct a mistake on Pinksheets *normally* there is a charge to do so.

In my humble opinion (and you guys know my personal feelings with regards to WTWO) the A/S here is 500m not 750m. I dont think there was an A/S reduction or it would be on Nevada SOS page. I think Pinksheets has it wrong. And if this is the case Mr McLaren would be doing himself a HUGE favor in fixing the Pinksheets mistake.

500m makes sense according to their financials, which has it broken down as:

Preferred stock; $0.001 par value, 250,000,000 shares
authorized, 58,377,426 shares issued and outstanding 58,378 58,378

Common stock, $0.001par value; 250,000,000 shares
authorized; 187,610,750 and 8,684,943 shares issued
and outstanding, respectively

Whenever possible, flank your enemies. History will
not remember how dramatic your failed frontal assault
looked.
