My understanding is that any company cannot just pull and AS and then send a PR and start dilution, against SEC rules, I asked Craig about the dilution and he assured me that they are unable to just dump shares into the market that way, they can only distribute convertible notes,but still i think there is a waiting period for that. so i am sorry i wont buy in to company dilution on this one , anyone who has looked into this and may be more familiar with any of this please put in your knowledge in here to us, thank you in advance..
