I've had a similar experience trying to get in touch with the CEO. I have sent several e-mails to both haimmayan@gmail.com and haim@infospiinc.com, and never received a response or bounce back message from either.

I also tired calling the phone # listed on the website and it was "out of service" so I called a phone # I saw listed on an e-mail in this board and spoke to Haim himself. I then informed him that the phone # listed on the website was not working and spoke with him briefly. He said the phone # on the website would be fixed. I haven't checked to see if this has happened yet.

I believe what we are experiencing here is a company being run by a technical or scientific mind not one focused on public relations and marketing. Probably why he was not the CEO in the past. Being a small start up with no revenue (as of yet), the old CEO probably moved on to greener pastures while Haim the driving force behind the company had to assume the role of CEO for lack of a better canidate that the company in its current state can afford.

I do not doubt that Haim is working hard to see his vision through, and make InfoSpi successful. I do doubt though that Greg is being completely honest with this board, it would seem highly irregular that the CEO would always choose to respond to Greg, and only Gregs e-mails. Has anyone else gotten even a simple response?

Whether Greg post their conversations and e-mails immediately or not this is still an unfair advantage (or disadvantage if he is being deceived) if Haim is responding to Greg. The fact of the matter is if Greg is given information and trusted that he will relay this information to the public before he places his own buy/sell orders and Greg adheres to this trust, he is still being given an advantage, because it becomes his choice. At that point Greg is given the choice to relay the information or place his buy/sell orders first, he may choose to do the honorable thing and relay the information first, but its still his choice, and with the choice comes the advantage. And from another prespective if Greg relays the information, and then places his orders he is still one small step ahead of everyone else who must find and read the post, digest the information and make a descision.

IMHO the best way to pressure a Press Release is if everyone e-mails the CEO at both of his addresses and calls his cell. The cell cannot be as easily ignored as the e-mails. Maybe he will cave and start making Press Releases to end the annoying phone calls. "The squeeky wheel gets the oil."

Greg I do apologize if this seems like a personal attack, however its not personal its business. But I do find this more and more odd each time you get a response and everyone else turns up dry. As public investors I would say even your statement of building a relationship of trust with the CEO if true would hint at an advantage. Does Haim even know who you are? If you have had enough conversations with him that you two trust each other I would state that as an unfair advantage. Building a relationship with in individual public share holder sounds like insider trading to me.

BTW for anyone that is wondering I do have a sizable chunk of my portfolio resting on InfoSpi so I am pro InfoSpi and I do believe patient will reward us in the long run. I simply do not believe all the statements I have read on this board. There are a lot of people trying to make money buying/felling/flipping stocks and some people will say whatever is to their advantage to meet their goals or at least try and meet their goals. If someone tells you to pay the ask to raise the stock they could ever well be the one trying to sell at that ask price. Then that same person could be the one entering low buy orders and pulling it back down again to simply repeat the process over and over again its possible and is done all the time.

WOW this was a long post... perhaps I should have simply attempted to publish a book. LOL!
