jagman,,,you are very welcome. there was a little riff raff about telling there is some 144 stock hanging or an exchange.

understanding these does help the new investor in ALMI.

these are small amounts of shares compared to the o/s. the ones with over 10,000 plus would have better control of the share pps.

the two things that were mentioned are fact and the truth.

the other $4.20 even is spoken by the ceo of ALMI. he said , ALMI is worth over $4.00 with the halloysite clay.

we have a very conservative ceo. he could have done s-8 when he needed them for expansion but he didn't.

he stayed the course and it has done well for us.

NEXT QTR. I CAN SEE ALMI PPS AROUND $2.00.

if it is worth $4.00 , it surely can trade @ $2.00 soon.

i'm in the pps under 0.08 , so you can see i followed ALMI too.
