Seriously though, JShook, even you and I and the rest of the dedicated investors here, people who believe in the TDGI model and management, must concede that the unfailing failure to deliver the audit is a massive black mark on TDGI's record.

It is affirmatively holding down the stock price and inhibiting new investors from entering the play. Regardless of whether or not it speaks to the true value of the company - given it's historical, not forward - we must have it to move up toward true value.
