You do not buy the stock of a company you manage with out reasons, and the buy back rarely happens the eve of a run.

He's putting his ducks in order. I would love it happens now but that's our appetite for gains that are making us feel it's taking too long. It sure would be nice to uptick every few days, then all would be super patient, cuz we see green in our portfolio...
