VitalStream (VSTH)

VSTH was a favorite of mine a long time ago and I think it’s time to revisit the stock now. The company has new management, has temporarily suspended plans for a reverse split, and announced yesterday that they are seeing strong demand for their products which should accelerate growth in 2005 (Which they believe will be a ‘breakout’ year for the sector). The chart is setup nicely for a breakout to the upside, fundamental are improving, and all that is left is a much needed profitable quarter for this thing to shoot through the roof (And I think that is right around the corner). Anyway, for a long term investment, I think VSTH may be worth a shot here.
