Same thing was told to me by Merrill Lynch. I was originally with Bank of America Investments and "forced over to M.L." I told them they need to get into the 21st century if they think we can not make investment decisions on our own. They have instituted a policy that they will not allow buy transaction if stock vale is less than $5.00, even if it is on a listed stock exchange board of any kind.


They are clearly the type of company that hurt KATX and should be charged by the SEC for their ridiculous policies!!!!!!
