Not sure what your asking. If you mean with the compay, the CEO has been in China busy as hell cutting deals, including a buy out merger, stock for restricted TTEG stock swap that is bringing in a profitable OEM auto parts company under the TTEG company control, that will also later make TTEG parts Just read all the press from the last 6 months. This stock should be up at $1 now.

As far as the current price goes, it just has not quite bottomed from the summer market wide sell off IMHO.

Volume was terribly low for some time, but has picked up lately, so I think the strong hands are buying to hold right here.
