Gooddoc, If you do get the chance to talk too Mike, ask him why the 8-K for the purchase of Trans Cuisinier assets hasn't been released yet. The deal was supposed to close on Jan. 31 and, according to Mary, it did. So why hasn't the 8-K been released. The SEC window is 4 days and it's been almost 3 weeks. Thanks
