I'm not sure why we all refer to Torvec as having great Technology. Great technology means to me that we have a salable product. It appears that we do not. What Torvec has is a good idea at this point, nothing more. We all want TOVC to succeed, but remember what happened to the Followers of David Koresh. At the shareholder meeting, I could feel JG trying very hard to make us be his followers. Some feel he answered tough questions, however I feel like he avoided the tough questions (just my opinion).
As to JG saying that Vernon's Estate would be selling for Estate taxes. Hogwash! In 99.9999999% of Estates, there are NO Estate Taxes to be paid by the Estate of the Spouse who passes on first due to the unlimited Marital deduction. With that statement alone, I do not beleive he was truthful (once again, just my opinion).
