Hi,

Seems like a great news for Natcore and their shareholders to have another Natcore-owned company who is currently in the process of being built. Any news like thisshould at least give the stock a little momentum but it didn't. Not that I am in a hurry to sell but its still puzzling to see this. My guess is that investors are concerned about how they will finance this new company. They intend to start shipping inq1 2011, which is 3-4 months away. We know that theJV the chinese have put a lot of money in the creation of Natcore China but yesterday didn't brought us any clue about how much will it cost to start the company and what are the plans to grt some money to do it... So is there dilution ahead? They reaffirmed not too long ago that they will start to get revenues beginning inq1 2011. Why wouldn't they wait to touch these revenues before creating the new company? It woild be a real waste to dilut the company right now while the girst revevu recognition is just around the corner! Anyone has any thoughts on that one?

Thanks!
