Show me the link where HTOG even has 2 billion authorized shares....
"The authorized capital stock of the Registrant consists of 900,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share "
Plus they have 100 million preferred. Show me where they get to 2 billion outstanding considering their authorized is only 1 billion. What filings are you using? Which Secretary of State are you basing the 2 billion on?
Keep bashing away and trying to scare new shareholders.
