Mach, what you have is a board
which is starting to create a unique place on the web anywhere for stock plays.
Let's face is, RB lacks moderation and even the good boards (very few imo) are basically nothing more than graffitti where DD is still so rare it's like finding a needle in the haystack. The bad boards are paid basher/havens and offer nothing.
Most all other stock boards I scan only focus on tick by tick-trade by trade posts. Some focus on just the hot play of the day or of the next 20 minutes. That's fine for what they are, but I use them mainly for the sole purpose to immediately DD the plays to determine if they have REAL short term and/or long term potential.
Here, you've allowed open CONSTRUCTIVE discussion on a particular stock (ie CMKX) and for someone like me who wanted to push our picks beyond that. What we're seeing is a new group of like minded people bringing great picks and DD to the table.
One Step Ahead is becoming the only board to bring real DD, TA and contact with companies for emerging plays - basher free. I hope more people bring good DD and picks to consider as time goes on, making it THE place to come for DD on emerging plays regardless whether it's a subpenny or big board play.
I think some of our picks last 3 months speak for themself. I'm seeing that some these plays we called for good short term gains, are doing even better in the longer term.
All this while still maintaining open discussions and exchange on stocks like CMKX.
