sharing my thoughts..thanks to some good insight from posts by INVESTORS(not traders) like doubloon and others i feel better now after the initial 'fear factor' has subsided that my sell order did not go thru..in reference to one post about Gates making $$/month i'm guessing they were trying to read the attached docs from 8-k filing on 9/27 at bottom..goto http://www.otcmarkets.com/ as they give more depth on OTCBB stocks..it is very hard to read..what does appear to be known from recent form 3,4 and 8-k filings is that in the sale of ATPT Gates handed over his 2.5bil restricted shares(indirect) to Hamilton...Gates still has aprox. 75mil shares(direct) of ATPT and Miller 50mil...Gates was getting in debt and buy takeover by EnergyOne it looks like may be a winning solution to processing minerals and assets...buyout by strong hands like Hamilton now seems very logical as long as this is all legit...please correct me but now seems like we would be waiting for filing and PR on assesment and value of property and PPS...IMO would be at least little more than current PPS...one quetion, would't ATPT company and shares be a seperate entity from EnergyONe and that EnergyOne would not have any influence on PPS other than being strong backing!!
