Well, when people are talking Market Caps & specific time-lines (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Early next yr,...whatever) the pps has to be substantiated by some significant business & financials...in my view, this becomes increasingly relevant as we move towards the $.02 mark & above.

When companies start broaching the 40Mill Market Cap here, people want to see the goods! The revenues, the profits, the justification for the pps. Mainly to feel that their is upward value in their investment dollar by investing here.

Now, you & I believe it & know it, those of us who have contacted Coats & the company, read filings, etc. we know what we have! But others may not be as easily convinced & so the pps can stall until people or the company "catches up".
