This ATM isn’t suitable for small co’s with small volume

All other small that try it go crushed to pennies

A legitimate co that needs $ is doing a one time big raise at a fix price at discount to market with some funds even if initially stock get hit they support the stock to protect the big position they own

To sell ATM stock in the open market no stop and looking for that un heard off analyst recommending it with a $10 or $20 target aint going to work

When the stock was $4 I am sure that good management could of raise $25m or more say even by 25% discount at $3

Are we better off using ATM at 2% discount selling stock at $1.30?

Can you name me one biotech co that using it and didn’t get crushed?

I can give you plenty of biotech co’s that did it the right way successfully

I am curious what is your idea?
