AEXP EXPECTS PROXIES OUT END OF NOV OR MID DEC

In response to my email query to AEXP concerning expected date of proxies to shareholders they responded with:

"At this point, the assumed date will be between end of November and mid-December, will need first to await SEC blessing of filed S4 document."


This concerns me since that will be approximately TD or completion of well.
