BINGO. You just proved my point - thank you. It is all based on one's interpretation of the Constitution.

Its because once they get away from the strict interpretation of what is written, then anything goes.

That is your opinion, based on how you interpret the Constitution. Don't you think that every SC justice believes they are basing their opinion on what they think the Founding Fathers meant?

It has nothing to do with being smart, though I would match my IQ with any of theirs. It has to do with whether or not they overstep their Constitutionally prescribed authority.

As I would, too, however, I would dare not say that my interpretation is the right one and their's is the wrong one. Why can't you accept that it is all based on interpretation?
