Guys, I am not here to rain on anyone's party. Everything that I have said in any previous posts are 100% true. You may not like what I say but I challenge anyone to prove anything wrong in what I have said. I have sold, bought and sold millions of IFXY shares. I made money on CMGR. And I have made money on IFXY and I still own a significant number of shares of IFXY. So it is in my best interest for IFXY to continue up.

All I see is a company basically owned and controlled by 1 person(Talari) that lost almost $1 million dollars in 12 months. He also paid himself $164,000 in salary. Not really sure why a person would loan money to his own company and then turn around and pay himself a salary and expose the company to payroll taxes. Just doesn't make sense to me. If it does to someone, please let me know. I have no opinion as to the future stock value of IFXY. Only Mr. Talari can control the value of the stock. I just trend trade. When the trend appears that the stock is going to go up, I buy in advance, When the treand appears that it is not going to go up anymore, I sell.

However, I am very familiar with Balance sheets and Income statements. Based on the way you book entries you can make a company worth anything you want it to be. There is a line item on the balance sheet worth $6 million labeled "intellectual Property". Itellectual property is something that only the company determines the value for and until you really sell it, you really don't know what it is worth. Its like if I have a Babe Ruth baseball card that I own and I have been told it is worth 30k by tons of people but I go to sell it and I only get $500 for it. So I am worth more money on paper if I keep the card and list it as an asset worth 30k than if I sell it and show the $500 in cash I got instead. What is the "intellectual property" worth $6 mil? Anyone know? Software?
Goodwill? What?

Also, where I have doubts is when other posters state things like "this stock will hit $1.25. If that is so, and correct me if I am wrong, would not Mr. Talari's stake be worth $2 billion? Now I ask anyone to explain to me how does a company bascially owned by one person go from a company that looses $1 million a year to a company worth $ billions over night. I don't see any substance.

You can hate what I say, you might not like what I say, but I challenge anyone to respond directly to how a company goes from loosing a million a year to being worth billions. I just don't see it and I don't want anyone getting burned. If you think I am full crap, you have that right. The glove just doesn't fit as I would say.
